Great service

This was our 3rd time renting from Gecko Airport location and the service was impeccable as usual. Gabby and Fernanda were great to deal with and I highly recommend Gecko wholeheartedly. Be aware that there is a company called Orange Car Rental who slyly misrepresented themselves as Gecko. Orange has an old Gecko phone number so make sure you are dealing with Gecko. I’m not saying Orange is not a good rental option, I just didn’t like the misrepresentation. Cheers
Fantastic car rental

First time using Gecko and totally satisfied. The staff were fantastic, explained everything regarding costs and insurance. Had a Honda HRV which was spotless clean, no mechanical issues and very good on fuel.

Best car rental company in Puerto Vallarta

As frequent winter travellers to Puerto Vallarta, we have rented cars from many of the national companies and found it to be quite expensive. Also, the national companies tend to nickel and dime you once they get you into their office and upsell you on every possible thing they can think of which we never liked.This year we found GECKO and a completely different experience that was the exact opposite of the big companies! Their rates are more than reasonable and less than the other companies. Plus they offered us a discount as we rented for 60 days. The rental process was fast and efficient, and there was no extra charges. It was one price all inclusive of insurance, etc. This is probably the most satisfying Car Rental experience I think I’ve ever had in my life! My only regret is I hadn’t found this company sooner. I highly recommend this company.
